An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our Housing Needs and strategy team to update and report on our IT systems and processes.
You must have good working knowledge of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
You will work closely with colleagues to support and ensure the accurate processing of data entries from the Council’s database (Northgate).
You must be experience in analysing data and delivering key data information to the division to enable monthly and quarterly reports to be submitted within set timeframes to MHCLG for H-CLIC purposes. You will also provide training and support to users, producing training manuals as required. You will provide data analysis and support whilst assisting with the implementation of any new systems.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and ensure collaborative working is applied.
You are expected to demonstrate good working knowledge of database systems and you must demonstrate excellent knowledge of spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office.
The ability to manage your own workload is essential where you must deliver and manage projects to timescales.
