The purpose of this role is to ensure all planning and building control data is accurately created and can be used to inform key performance indicators. You will need to ensure data retains integrity and delivers improvement in how we collate, manage and use it. You will also work on innovation projects to improve the division deliverables through key data insights.
You will manage the capture and processing of regulatory application-related data into the Council’s and other external databases, geographic information systems and document management repositories.
You will lead for the division, the liaison with internal and external stakeholders at all stages of the development pipeline and present and provide various performance monitoring reports on an annual, quarterly, weekly and ad hoc basis
You will also identify, initiate, manage, deliver and present specialist improvement, research and analysis based projects or initiatives that support the Division.
You will lead on provision of reporting and monitoring on key performance indicators and present and provide performance data tailored to political stakeholders and corporate management members of LBTH.
You will also work to identify opportunities to utilise data to support commercialisation initiatives and improvement proposals across the Division.
We are looking for someone with a strong data analyst background to support the service in the development and formation of performance reports and to enable effective and efficient governance across the division. Knowledge of SQL and skills in GIS are essential. Ability to code would be an advantage.
