We are a small and stable generic Adult Social Care team covering the historic square mile of the City of London comprised of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Strengths-Based Practitioners, all working together with residents to improve wellbeing and achieve their outcomes. We work with adults of all ages including Older People, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Transitions, Hospital Discharge, Safeguarding and informal Carers.

We are seeking two experienced social workers who share our values, can understand, apply relevant legislation, and offer a flexible approach to delivering positive outcomes for our residents.

As part of a ‘People’ directorate the successful candidates we work closely with colleagues in both Homeless and Children’s services providing a seamless service to residents.

In the City of London Adult Services, we have a strong focus on relationship-based practice, offering opportunities for longer term in depth social work, and we are committed to a strengths-based approach to working with our residents.
