The Post
 
We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Housing Property Services team at a time when resident safety is at the top of our agenda.
 
s the Strategic Compliance Manager you will be responsible for all key areas of property compliance including but not limited to Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Gas and Electrical (FLAGE); and for all mechanical and electrical services to Council housing. 
 
The Person
 
You will be passionate about compliance with a thorough understanding of the Council’s responsibilities. You will have experience managing compliance in a housing organisation of a similar size. You will have senior management experience and a good understanding of repairs and maintenance. You will be able to work at pace with a keen eye for detail.
 
You will be able to effectively manage and lead staff to consistently achieve the highest standards in performance and effective operational delivery, including developing and improving staff capability and outcomes.
