We are looking to recruit a Housing Officer in London Supported Housing. The successful applicant will manage a patch of properties across various London Boroughs, working with varying client groups including Mental Health, Complex Needs and former rough sleepers.
In exchange, we need someone who can work as part of a team as well as have the ability to work well on their own initiative. They need to be highly motivated and have the ability to work well with both internal and external support providers in order to deliver a housing management service that is responsive to the requirements of our support services. You will raise void works and arrange lettings of the tenancies, deal with estates inspection and have regular contact with tenants (including anti-social behaviours).
The successful candidate will need to be experienced in Housing Management as well as demonstrate the ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise a large and ever-changing workload.
Experience and aptitude for working with vulnerable people, including those with challenging behaviour are essential.
The working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
