Band I (SCP 28 – 32) £32,798 - £36,371 per annum (pay award pending)
37 hours per week
2 Year Fixed Term contract (with review/potential to extend).

With a strong background in delivering shared services for both Stafford Borough Council and Cannock Chase District Council, in our next forward-thinking move we are looking to develop a whole new approach to people management services to support both Councils. This means that we have an exciting agenda ahead, with a plan to build on the flexibility, commitment and learning that arose through the last few unique and interesting years! As a small ambitious team, enhancing the services we provide is important, as is enabling our employees and supporting them in the delivery of services to our partners and residents.
This is a new post so you will have the opportunity to help us create, develop and implement these new approaches to how we work, as well as providing day to day support to managers across both sites. We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of casework management, absence and supporting organisational change processes.
In return we can offer a mix of remote and on site working at both Stafford and Cannock as necessary for the delivery of people management services.
