About the role

We are looking for candidates who are able to prevent and limit debt for Brighton and Hove City Council by proactively managing accounts, carrying out early intervention and where required, providing tailored intensive support to our tenants.

This varied role will see you building relationships with tenants and a range of different agencies, as well as promoting a payment culture, money advice services, advising on benefits and financial inclusion initiatives. You will also be responsible for enforcement and have the opportunity to represent the Council in Court.  

We manage a portfolio of 11,500 homes. As well as providing quality homes and services we could help you to build a brilliant career.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
