About the role
The Income Services Manager will work as part of the high performing housing income management team. The postholder will have good working knowledge of legal processes relating to income collection. They will lead a team providing excellent customer service to tenants, supporting them to provide a range of proactive and preventative strategies. They will have responsibility for continuous improvement and development of the service.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
