About the role
Middle Street Primary is looking to appoint a Site Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to resolve premises issues and have a good working knowledge of health and safety.
Duties will also include being the first point of contact for matters regarding buildings, grounds, security and maintenance of the site. The successful applicant will also need to have a good range of skills including building maintenance, together with general DIY skills for repairs and upkeep.
Basic IT skills especially emailing and viewing spreadsheets are essential. Willingness to be flexible with your hours will be advantageous.
