The Post
To work as a member of a team to provide high quality services which ensures the highest standard of customer care at Bridge Park Community Leisure Centre.
To deal with enquiries, bookings and casual admissions, process memberships and take payments for activities and invoices using a computerised booking system.
 
The Person
You will be able to demonstrate a competency of working in an administrative role, capable of cash handling, customer relations and good computer skills. You will provide a warm and genuine welcome to all customers.
You will deal with customer enquiries both in person and over the telephone, acting as point of contact for customer queries and provide friendly straightforward service at the reception desk.
