Head of Asset Management
At RBKC, our residents are at the heart of all we do, and this role would entail being the organisation lead ensuring RBKC implements best practice in strategic asset management approaches.
In this role, the key areas are:
- Maintenance of our asset management strategy.
- Making sure that the procurement needed to support our programmes of work happens as required.
- That our energy and sustainability work helps us to meet the Council’s targets.
- Making sure that our property information is kept up to date as it drives our decision making.
Can you deliver excellent procurement, asset management, energy + sustainability and stock condition data services to support the delivery of our £300 million capital programme?
Have you got the skills and experience necessary to successfully deliver a broad range of property services working closely with residents and other stakeholders?
You will be the lead client for a range of major works projects to ensure we have lean and digitally enabled processes.
With your ability to maintain a strategic overview of the contracts register, you will play a key role in ensuring that Housing Management makes well informed investment decisions.

An experienced property professional you will have the drive, creativity and skills to support the delivery of our ambitious capital program.
Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience in construction, surveying or similar.
