Grade 5- £28,470 - £31,590 pro rata (18 hours per week) 12 X Months Fixed Term Contract/Secondment Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our busy resident services team.
The post will co-ordinate, support and monitor the services provided to residents by the Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) in Havering.
You will be:
- Working with the TMOs, coordinating their work with other council service providers and voluntary agencies, ensuring that they receive the same standards provided by the in-house service. You will be monitoring the performance and reporting the results, ensuring that Performance Indicators are being achieved and suggesting remedial action where required.
- Monitoring compliance with the current modular management agreement, to identify any breaches and to recommend any changes / variations that maybe appropriate. You will monitor the financial management of the TMOs and negotiate the payment of the their allowances and the use of their surpluses for the benefit of the residents.
Additionally you will ensure, regular liaison between the council and the TMOs on the services they provide and council’s retained functions.
