Estate Services Manager
Salary range: £60,402 - £63,648 p.a. inc.
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic centre and on location at blocks and estates across Brent

The Post
To drive strategic improvement to the look and feel of Brents Estates, manage the well being and retention of a large work force, and work with services across the Council to ensure key prioritis are met.
The Person
You will be solutions focused, able to manage a large workforce indirectly and a team of managers directly, have a positive committed attitude and be able to prioritise, managing emergencies and mobilising and motivating staff. You will have a drive to succeed and see things progress, and be focused on consistently good service delivery for residents. You will be able to develop ambitious strategy into tangible plans and deliver them.
