The opportunity has arisen to join the busy Technical Services Team ISO9001 accredited, the Hard FM part of the in-house Facilities Management services this is a full-time role within the team for an experienced CAD/ BIM Technician.

The post holder will be councils lead and key specialist officer on Building Information Modelling (BIM), including creation of BIM models and AutoCAD drawings from site survey to completed computer models with all relevant COBie. They will be responsible for ensuring all BIM and AutoCAD systems/software is up to date and all new working practices and efficiencies are reflected in processes as well as producing CAD/BIM site and building plans/models, COBie information, for all buildings across the corporate estate, including the Town Hall.
