Redbridge is an ambitious, diverse and exciting east-London borough. What we do is driven by changing our relationship with local people to support our vision. As a result, we've developed innovative ways to build our communities and transform our Council.

We're one of the fastest growing parts of the country and the third most diverse London borough. Our communities are attracted by a mixture of excellent schools, relatively affordable housing, high-quality open space and rapid transport connections into the heart of the City.

Redbridge SEN is in an enviable position in their service to children with special needs.

SEaTSS is one of the largest and most dynamic SEN Teams in the country; approximately 70 specialist teachers, HLTAs and Technicians are all committed to the SEaTSS Ethos where the “students’ needs are at the heart of all we do”.

We have a short video here to give you a flavour of us and what we do:

We are looking for 3 specialist teachers to join our new SEMH team, to share our passion for developing and promoting our growing reputation, whilst always keeping the best interest of the pupil at the centre of all decision making.  The post holders will require significant expertise and experience in the field of SEMH, a strong SEND/ Inclusive ethos, and outstanding classroom practice.  Knowledge of, or experience of working within or alongside the Home Tuition and/or Medical Inclusion service would be an advantage.

If you are a highly self-motivated, resilient but creative individual who has the commitment and energy to contribute to this vibrant service, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.  We can promise you that no two days will ever be the same, and that you will become part of a truly supportive, experienced, and forward-thinking team who are committed to the evolution of a greater offer to our schools, settings, families and most of all our young people.
